Challenging the Status Quo

Sana and Dwayne, the co-founders of Conscia, are no strangers to challenging the status quo.  From challenging cultural norms to questioning the status quo at a previous startup to leaving behind corporate, high paying jobs to follow their own dream, Sana and Dwayne have proven that they will not accept mediocrity and blind compliance.

They saw first hand in their long running Enterprise IT consulting careers that as organizations expand the channels through which they engage with their customers, they were dealing with an explosion of new and legacy technologies that don’t communicate with each other.  Conscia was founded on the conviction that in order to compete in today’s competitive landscape, organizations will need to break out of the hand-cuffs of single-vendor legacy platforms and embrace the new world order of best-of-breed solutions. They believed in this philosophy well before the buzz-words like composable, pluggable, modular and swappable became mainstream.

So, they set out to solve this challenge.

 

Recognizing the Hybrid Landscape

Sana and Dwayne knew that it was not practical for organizations to get rid of their legacy systems overnight even if they recognized that best-of-breed was the right approach.  Millennial architects were starting to get frustrated with monolithic suites and bringing in cloud solutions to address narrow use cases.  All this was doing was further complicating the technology landscape with a hybrid of legacy and modern technologies connected to each other with custom integrations.  What was needed was a solution that would unlock the data and content residing in these legacy systems without spending millions of dollars and many months on integration initiatives.
